Wir sind ein Team von etwa f\u00fcnfzehn Personen innerhalb der Agentur und haben die Besonderheit, uns auch auf die 500 Experten der Gruppe zu verlassen, die auf die verschiedenen Marken der Gruppe verteilt sind.  <\/p>\n<h2>Seit wann nutzen Sie Furious?<\/h2>\n<p>Wir nutzen Furious seit 2021, also seit zwei Jahren.<\/p>\n<h2>Und vor Furious?<\/h2>\n<p>Bevor wir Furious einf\u00fchrten, nutzten wir mehrere Tools. Wir nutzten jedoch nicht wirklich viele davon, und die Verwendung mehrerer f\u00fchrte zu einer schnellen Aufgabe jedes einzelnen dieser Tools. Kurz gesagt, wir agierten etwas auf Sicht.  <\/p>\n<h2>Welches Problem konnte Furious l\u00f6sen?<\/h2>\n<p>Das Hauptproblem, mit dem wir konfrontiert waren, war die Verwaltung des pro Projekt aufgewendeten Zeitaufwands, was sich direkt auf die Steuerung der Rentabilit\u00e4t auswirkte. Unsere Sch\u00e4tzungen des Zeitaufwands f\u00fcr jedes Projekt waren sehr ungenau. Aber die Funktion, die ich besonders sch\u00e4tze, ist die \u201eSales Pipeline\u201c, insbesondere die M\u00f6glichkeit, leicht Wahrscheinlichkeiten zuzuordnen und einen Gesamt\u00fcberblick \u00fcber die Entwicklung des Projektlebenszyklus zu erhalten. <\/p>\n<h2>Wie viel Zeit sparen Sie durch Furious?<\/h2>\n<p>Ich w\u00fcrde sagen, dass Furious uns etwa 5 Stunden pro Woche spart.<\/p>\n<h2>Welche Funktion w\u00fcrden Sie sich w\u00fcnschen?<\/h2>\n<p>Ich denke, ich nutze noch nicht alle von Furious angebotenen Funktionen in ihrem vollen Potenzial. Ich w\u00fcrde gerne meine F\u00e4higkeiten verbessern und von Furious-Experten in diesem Bereich begleitet werden. Im Moment sehe ich nichts, was f\u00fcr die Steuerung der Agentur fehlt.  <\/p>\n<h2>Hat Furious Ihren Alltag ver\u00e4ndert?<\/h2>\n<p>Ja, absolut. Wir agieren nun viel vorausschauender, insbesondere bei der Ressourcenplanung.
